Q: DO YOU DO GIFT PACKAGING?
All our orders are send in a bordeaux box with a gift wrap bow around it, as well as with some extra things inside. If you would like to customize your packaging, contact us or use the notes section in the checkout page. We can write a special card with a message to the person you want to surprise or answer to special demands if possible.

Shipping is FREE to Portugal and to EU coountries. To countries outside EU the shipping costs may vary between 15€ and 25€, check our "Shipping & Delivery" section to know more.

We ship worlwide.
Q: WHAT IS THE SHIPPING METHOD?
We ship using FEMA to Portugal and DHL to all the other countries. D'EUNOIA reserves the right to ship using any other method that it finds more suitable.
Q: CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ADRESS AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
After shipping your order, it is not possible to change your adress, please make sure you insert the correct one wjen placing your order. Orders may be send again if you agree in paying all the additional fees that will take place. Once the order is delivered at the correct adress, D'EUNOIA will not be held responsible by losses or thefts.
Q: CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
At D'EUNOIA some of the products are made to order and especially for you, we don't work with stocks and we believe each product must be unique and exclusive.
Because of that, we do not accept returns.
In the case of damaged products, you must contact us in 14 days, we will analyse your case particularly and we will exchange the product. Contact us for more information or visit our "Exchanges and Returns Policy" section.
Q: HOW CAN I KNOW MY ORDER STATUS?
After your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking code.
Q: HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
In most cases our products are handmade to order and the production time may go from 1 to 4 weeks in case the is none of your products in production stage.
