How to take care of your D'EUNOIA products

At D'EUNOIA we choose all materials carefully so that each piece is special. Everything is handmade with attention to each detail, and the result are very delicate pieces that need special care so that they last as long as we wish, a lifetime of memories. 

 

LEATHER 

Leather is a natural material and, because of that, imperfections are normal and unique features of this delicate material. Due to its nature and sensibility, leather may suffer some transformations in color and texture, showing some marks as time goes by. To smooth these marks you should always use a dry and soft cloth to clean your handbags and straps. Anyway, bare in mind that this is a natural process and it is a sign that your leather good is filled with history and memories, which makes your piece even more distinct and special. 

Leather must not be exposed to heat sources and/or humidity and may be stained due to expusore to humidity, oils, cosmetics and clothes that may transfer color. In case you wet your piece, clean it immediately and leave it to dry in a ventilated place. Store your pieces in dust bags or in a dry place. 

Origem handbag has a box structure. You should not put heavy weights and other objects on top of it, otherwise you might deform it. You must store it with filling inside to avoid deformation and too make sure it keeps its shape. Avoid putting inside excess of weight.

Tip: In case of stains, use a neutral free of alcohol and with no color cream/lotion and a silghtly wet cloth to clean or diminish the stains. 

 

BEADS AND JEWELS

All pearls, beads, medals and jewels that are part of our pieces are very delicate, please avoid contact with heat sources, humidity, oils and cosmetics to avoid stains or the abrasion of the products. You can clean them using a soft cloth. In case you wet them, clean them immediately and leave them to dry in a ventilated place. Store your products in dust bags or in a dry place.

 

TEXTILES, LACES, STRINGS AND RAFFIA

All the elements above, as in the case of raffia and tulle, are very sensitive materials. You should not exposure them to heat sources, humidity, oils or cosmetics. In case you wet them, clean them immediately and leave them to dry in a ventilated place. Store your products in dust bags or in a dry place.
