WHERE AND HOW WE SHIP

D'EUNOIA ships worldwide.

We ship using FEMA in Portugal and DHL to the rest of the world.

Your orders are processed between monday and friday, except in portuguese holidays or festive days.

SHIPPING COSTS

Portugal and EU* countries: FREE

others: 15€ - 30€ depending on the destination

*some places may have additional shipping costs

TAXES: To Portugal and EU countries additional fees and taxes do not apply. To all the other countries, once your order is shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. If the customer refuses to pay, the package will either be destroyed or returned to it’s sender, in those cases, any additional fees occurred will be of the customer responsibility and the original order will NOT be refundable.

SHIPPING TIME

The shipping time may vary between 1 and 5 days, depending on the destination country. If your country is outside EU, your order may be delayed due to your country's customs office.

Please note that some of our products are made to order and the production time may vary between 1 and 4 weeks. In any case, will be updated via email. If you have an urgent order due to some special event or a birthday gift, contact us via email and we will do our best to answer to your needs.

SHIPPING ADRESS

Always indicate the correct adress as D'EUNOIA can not redirect your order once it has been shipped, therefore we will not be held responsible by any additional fees that might take place in that case.
